Who are you?

I'm Paul. I've spent my working life in sound: producing, engineering, and lecturing in it. These days I build things online, including this site and every tool The V Team runs on.

Why did you join?

I liked the products, and I liked the model even more: ordinary people helping each other build something of their own, with no shop window to rent and no stock piled in the spare room.

What do you love about it?

The moment someone on the team gets their first win and realises they can actually do this. That, and building the tools that make it easier for the next person.

What would you tell a friend?

Have a look, take your time, and ask me anything. If it's not for you, that's a fine answer too. No scripts, no pressure: that's how I'd want to be treated.

How do you like to help?

Quietly and practically. I make the pages, kits and guides so that nobody on this team ever has to start from a blank screen.
